Overall description: Beau Austen is just another normal boy in everyone’s eyes. He had the porcelain soft, angelic features, though his jaw line and cheeks had a small amount of facial, or a ‘five o’ clock shadow,’ as the Americans would call it. Shaggy hair hid most of his facial features, including the dark brown eyes that contrasted against somewhat tanned skin. His tall, muscled figure raised about six feet and four inches, weighing in at around two-hundred twenty-four pounds. This was mostly muscle, which he had built up during the summer. (In fact, his up-to-date lifting weight was two-hundred and thirty pounds in free weights. Quite a feat, though he was still working on this.)
His clothing had fit his appearance perfectly. He was rarely caught straying from black tee shirts, with German writing across the chest, and German band logos. If he wore hoodies, or sweaters, they were either black or white, and had several designs printed into them. He often wore black or blue jeans, that were tighter than most. Not that icky tight-as-skin jeans, but tight enough to allow movement if he ever needed to run, or skateboard. He was into metal, heavy rock and techno, if you could not already tell by his wardrobe. Beau’s footwear consisted mainly of Vans or black kicks, seeing as he never wore anything but shoes. (He has never been to a beach, or any natural body of water, for that matter.)
His arms had been inked into several pieces- mostly consisting of monsters. Dead zombies, a dead black panther- you name a monster, they were probably on his arms. These were Beau's pride and joy- he'd hoped that they would fit in with the odd markings on his back and sides- which resembled tiger's stripes. The looked like thick, heavy black ink, like they've been stamped into his body. His ribcage was also similar to a tigers- the ribs jutted out to form a protective cage over his beating heart, one that beat much faster than a humans. His lungs were larger as well, for sucking in air to emit a ravenous snarl, something that would've suited him, too. His teeth were pointed at the inscisors, like a canine's, and his fingernails capable of retracting and growing up to several inches. It was no doubt that he was injected with a tiger's genetics back when he was only in middle school.
(Just note he has a heavy accent, and you may not understand him. He has taken only a few month's worth of English language classes, and not exactly bilingual. He sometimes replaces English words for the German translation.)
Personality: This kid has nothing much to him, really. Beau is the kind of boy you could immediately fall in love with. Due to his lack of English speech skills, he can make such mistakes you could think are cute. He is very shy, graceful- and it was almost very unlikely to catch him talking to an English-speaking girl. He had changed after he had traveled from Germany, being the only to exchange, he was obviously a loner, friendless, and scared. Despite his age, he was not much of a scare. Back in Hamburg, he would give those kids a scare- nothing personal, just a yearly tradition. See? It’s that simple.
Theoretically speaking, if you would walk up to him anytime of the day or night, you are guaranteed to make him blush with stupidity. He could easily fumble with words, stutter, and do other things to make you think he was rather mental. Once he was warmed up to a person, he could be as cute as a kitten, and open up to a person. His shyness was sometimes a problem- his friends back in Germany had set up a bet as proof; that he would not make a single friend in the first week. Twenty Euros to the winner! This bet was almost positive to last. However, this is only ‘theoretically’ speaking, of course.

History: Beau was born ‘Beau Dominik Austen’ on March tenth, 1989. He was six pounds, two ounces if you’d like to know. He was an easy kid to raise, barely cried, you could leave him alone for hours and he was easily satisfied. Without Beau's agreement, his mother allowed them both to be used as expirimental 'guinea pigs' at the nearest lab in Germany. They were poked with needles often, injected with unknown substances and attatched to large, noisy machines. They were paid generously; but even the side affects to the injections didn't seem like they were enough. Beau's mother was fine, however Beau had suffered some odd transformations, and was often kept for weeks at a time to be studied. Once the scientists figured that he was fine, he was sent home. His education was a bit of a pickle- his mother struggled with the payments, and he just managed to get through his elementary years. During grade seven, Beau had gotten a part-time job to help with the bills that his mother could not pay. It was a tough life, but it was sure to lighten up.
A few months later, his mother had found an old box filled with jewellery, and some other antiques from her grandparents. They didn’t worry about bills since then. They were finished the the expirimental lab for good; they had endured so many nights of pain that they were almost too glad. Beau had reacted horribly to the needles and tests: his fingernails were expandable, his back had suffered some odd changes with dark stripes that seemed tattooed into his skin, and his rib cage was now almost animal-like. He had feline grace, his eyes flashed wildly in the dark and turned colors when he was angry or sad. With no true explanation, he was told it was merely a guinea pig to test the true reactions of 'lycanthropy.' Despite the odd changes, he was sent to school and suffered the rest of his middle and high school years in ridicule. He was constantly victim of angry lashes- he would easily slice open the arm or side of a student bullying him, or find himself darting up large trees in shame. This had gone on for years- and with the find of a new school, he was shipped off to fix the scientists' mistake.
